Refund Policy

Monthly and Annual subscriptions
If you’re unhappy within 14 days of your first purchase, email fc.agent@synexuis.com for a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the period you paid for. No partial-period refunds.
Founding membership
Founding memberships are a one-time, lifetime purchase. Because the archive is immediately available to you after checkout, we evaluate refund requests case-by-case within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, founding memberships are non-refundable. Contact fc.agent@synexuis.com with your order ID and reason.
Failed payments
If a subscription renewal fails, we’ll email you and Stripe will retry automatically. If payment still fails, your subscription will be canceled and you’ll lose access until you re-subscribe.
How to request a refund
Email fc.agent@synexuis.com with:
- The email address on your account
- The approximate date of purchase
- A brief reason (we use this to improve the product)
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Tax
Refunds include any taxes collected. If you’re in a jurisdiction where newsleak collected VAT or sales tax, that tax is refunded with the purchase.
